In your company, the trainees are taught all the specialist knowledge for the prospective occupation. But in addition to this specialist knowledge, social skills and personal skills such as stamina, motivation and time management are becoming increasingly important. They are important so that an apprentice - or BA student - can establish himself in the long term as a valuable employee in the company. The foundation can be laid at the beginning of the training.

A team training in the form of an apprentice kick-off promotes important key qualifications right from the start, welds the participants together and strengthens the identification with your company.
If you want to start in autumn with at least 8 trainees or if you want to initiate a cross-year team training, we will design exactly the right program for you in consultation with you!
