Trainer/climbing park.

both in permanent employment and on a mini-job basis.


Your responsibilities:

  • You are the responsible employee in the climbing park in our facility in Oberhof
  • Responsible for the instruction and safety of the guests in the climbing park
  • Responsible for material and the functionality of the plant
  • Operating the ticket office, issuing and returning rental equipment
  • Implementation of events and group programs
  • Interface between management and customers

Your profile:

  • You are customer and service oriented
  • You are friendly and enjoy working with people
  • You have the willingness to take responsibility
  • You like to work in a team and yet independently
  • Experience with climbing and belaying techniques is an advantage, but not necessary

Your responsibilities:

  • Organization of operations:
    • Duty roster preparation and guidance of employees
    • Handling customer inquiries and coordinating reservations
    • Cash accounting, tax office support
    • Contact with partners, suppliers and service providers
  • Active engagement in day-to-day activities:
    • Ticket sales and equipment rental
    • Instruction and supervision of climbing guests
    • Ordering materials and goods
    • Planning and implementation of events

Your profile:

  • You are customer and service oriented
  • Possess experience in sales and distribution
  • Good knowledge of PC and MS-Office as well as basics of accounting

Sonneberg and Steinach

We are looking for an adventure educator or outdoor trainer to supervise and guide our class trip programs and corporate events.
Prerequisites are training in the relevant specialties and experience in the supervision of groups. Not to forget reliability, flexibility, weather resistance and good humor! The fun in the programs and the satisfaction of our guests are always in the first place for us.

Varied actions, always new tasks and target groups of different ages make the work very exciting. Our main locations are Sonneberg, Steinach and Oberhof, so a driver's license is important. Specialized knowledge is clearly an advantage, but can also be learned with us.

PC knowledge is not essential, but advantageous. Also experiences in the support of groups or nature sport activities are advantageous, but not a must. The internship is unpaid, if we can offer you anything else, you should get it - we are very flexible. If the internship is successful for both sides, we can imagine continuing the employment relationship on a free basis.
